Simply remember those five sentences and the phonetic code, and you’ve memorized 100 digits of pi. @MrPricklyMan Are you asking what it is when translated into numbers? If that’s it, then “turtle” is “1415″. The consonants are t, r, t, and l. t= 1, r=4, t=1, l=5, so 1415. If you’re wondering about the actual word, well you just spelled it there.

@avoided2007 If you want to learn pi in higher numbers of digits like that, a more advanced method would be more effective. This method is best for ranges around 100~700 digits. You can go higher with it, but once you get into the thousands, there are more effective methods. I don’t know what technique you used, but another method like that is probably better for higher ranges.

Seperate pi into groups of pi, memorize the first group, then the 2nd, then the 3rd etc.
